Herbal Tea Recipe


Herbal Tea an exact Remedy for your Cough and Cold this season. Try out this Herbal Tea and Enjoy your Winter season.
  • Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Water
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Orange or Lemon zest
  • 4-5 Basil Leaves
  • 4-5 Black pepper
  • Honey to taste
  • 2 Green cardamoms
  • Directions:
  • -In a pan add water and bring it to boil.
  • -Add all the spices and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes on medium flame.
  • -Strain tea and add honey.
  • -Drink 1/4 cup at a time and twice a day.

8 minutes

Serve:

3-4 persons
