- Ingredients:
- 3 cups Water
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Orange or Lemon zest
- 4-5 Basil Leaves
- 4-5 Black pepper
- Honey to taste
- 2 Green cardamoms
- Directions:
- -In a pan add water and bring it to boil.
- -Add all the spices and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes on medium flame.
- -Strain tea and add honey.
- -Drink 1/4 cup at a time and twice a day.
