- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 large Onion
- 700g Mutton
- 2 tbsp. Ginger garlic Paste
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp. Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 3 cup Water
- 1/2 kg turnip
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 3-4 Green chilies
- 3-4 tbsp. Green coriander
- Directions:
- - In a pan heat oil, add onions, saute for 2-3 minutes. then add mutton and ginger garlic paste. cook for 6-8 minutes.
- - Add tomatoes, salt, red chili flakes, turmeric, red chili powder and cook until tomatoes get tender.
- - Add water and cover the lid. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
- - Add Turnip, coriander powder, garam masala and cook for 5-6 minutes on high flame.
- - Add water and cover the lid. Cook for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.
- - Turn off the flame, add coriander leaves and cover the lid for minute.
- - Serve hot with Roti, Naan or Rice.
