Shaljam Gosht Recipe

    • Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup Oil
    • 1 large Onion
    • 700g Mutton
    • 2 tbsp. Ginger garlic Paste
    • 3-4 Tomatoes
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 tbsp. Red chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
    • 3 cup Water
    • 1/2 kg turnip
    • 2 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
    • 3-4 Green chilies
    • 3-4 tbsp. Green coriander
    • Directions:
    • - In a pan heat oil, add onions, saute for 2-3 minutes. then add mutton and ginger garlic paste. cook for 6-8 minutes.
    • - Add tomatoes, salt, red chili flakes, turmeric, red chili powder and cook until tomatoes get tender.
    • - Add water and cover the lid. Cook for 6-8 minutes.
    • - Add Turnip, coriander powder, garam masala and cook for 5-6 minutes on high flame.
    • - Add water and cover the lid. Cook for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.
    • - Turn off the flame, add coriander leaves and cover the lid for minute.
    • - Serve hot with Roti, Naan or Rice.

  • 400gm K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 4-5 Green Chilies (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Almond, Cashew Powder
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Green Coriander chopped
  • Ginger For Garnishing
  • 1 tbsp Butter

    Directions:
  • 1- Prepare the K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks as per Instructions on the pack.
  • 2- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, green chili, ginger garlic paste and saute it.
  • 3- Now, add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 4- After that, add almond, cashew and pistachio powder, cream, water and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5- Now add prepared K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7- Add green coriander for garnishing and butter.
  • Your tasty Chicken Tikka Handi now ready to serve.

Kofta Pulao Recipe



  • 1- Take a cooking pot, heat the oil and add whole spices, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, salt , red chili powder and saute for 2-3 minutes. Now put

    400g K&N’s Kofta
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1 tsp Whole spices (1 Bay Leaf, 4 Cloves, 6-8 Black Pepper, 2 Cinnamon Stick small )
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup fried Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 cubes K&N’s Stok
  • 2-3 green chili
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • ½ tsp fennel seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp cooking oil                     
    Directions

  • 2- Add 3 cups water, K&N’s Stok and stir to mix properly
  • 3- Now add soaked rice, stir gently to mix well and simmer for 5-7 minutes
  • 4- Prepare the K&N’s Kofta as per the instruction on the pack
  • 5- Add prepared K&N’s Kofta and and let it cook for 15 minutes on fairly low flame.
  • Scrumptious Kofta pulao is ready to eat . Serve hot with raita.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg Mutton
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Khara masala
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp red Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 & cup Split Chickpeas (Boiled)
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
  • For Tarka:
  • 4-5 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 3 Whole red chilies
  • 5-6 Kari Leaves
  • Directions:
  • -In a pan add mutton. Water, turmeric, onion, ginger garlic paste, whole spices and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium low flame or until the mutton gets tender.
  • -Remove the stock and keep it aside.
  • -Now add tomato, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, oil, salt and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • -Now add spilt chickpeas, mix well. Add stock and then let it cook for 12-15 minutes on medium low flame. (add water if required)
  • -Now add garam masala, fenugreek leaves, mix it well.
  • -For Tarka heat oil in a pan, add cumin, whole red chili, Kari leaves and cook for few seconds.
